Shipping and Returns

After order has been placed, we ship using Federal Express or UPS with in 24 to 48 business day hours. There is no order processing or shipping on weekends and holidays.

There is ground, 3-Day, 2-Day & Next Day (Saturdays not included) delivery to all 48 continental states.
We are not shipping some products to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico at this time.

Overnight, Two and Three-Day Delivery — Shipping Fee is based off of the Actual, Published Carrier Rates

Carrier rates are based on weight, dimensions, and delivery address
Drop items into a shopping cart to get exact shipping charges
Shipments will be delivered Monday through Friday to home or business addresses

Out of Stock and Back-Ordered Items:

The most important thing to keep in mind when ordering is that our stock balances fluctuate throughout the day with sales demand and stock that we receive from the manufacturers. Items are constantly being sold and our stock is constantly being replenished. If the item is identified as "Out of Stock", we can special order the item for you and ship it as soon as we get it. Most out of stock items ship within 2 weeks.

Just because the item you ordered is NOT identified as out-of-stock does not necessarily mean that it will be in-stock at the moment you order is processed. All orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. We will notify you if the item you ordered is out-of-stock. We first try to reply via email and give you 3 days to reply. If we have not heard from you we will then try to call you at the numbers you provide with your order. Be sure to give us your current email address and phone number.

Many out-of-stock items are excellent products and are available for purchase, but we do not always stock these items in inventory. We will be happy to special order these items for you in a timely fashion. Again, most items ship within 2 weeks.

Those items not in stock when you place your order will be shipped to you via Ground Delivery (when available) at no additional charge

Some items are listed for sale on our web site that have not been released from the manufacturer yet. We place these items on the web site so that consumers may pre-order the items. Preorders are reserved with payment up front on a first come, first served basis. You may also request by emailing us at customerservice@afriel.com, to be placed on a “notify list” and we will let you know when products are in-stock and available for delivery. Be advised that prepaid orders always get priority for delivery.

Special Order:

These products are not stocked in our warehouse but generally ships 7-15 days after order is placed. Ground delivery only. Expedited shipping methods (i.e.: next-day, 2-day, 3-day select, etc.) are not available on these products. Special Order items are not eligible for return unless defective and must be returned within 30 days to receive merchandise credit towards a future purchase.

All items must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please e-mail us at customerservice@afriel.com to obtain a RMA number. This number should be written on the outside of the box. Please include a copy of the original invoice with a brief reason why you are returning the item.  Send returns to: Afriel LLC, 5928 Hixson Pike Suite A-306, Hixson TN 37343.  No returns accepted after 30 days! Please note: Software products that has been installed may not be eligible for a refund. Please be absolutely sure to review the requirements and the product description before purchasing. If a software product is not functioning properly or meeting the stated product description, please contact the developer directly for technical support and they should be able to ensure that the product is working properly on your system. If they cannot get it to work as it is advertised, they can provide you with a credit authorization in which case we will gladly issue you a credit for a defective item. We want to make sure you are pleased with your purchase and have it working properly. There is no refund for any other type of used DVD's.

Returns for Regular Dropshipments:

14 Day Money Back Guarantee: If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return a dropshipped item for a refund (less shipping and handling) within 14 days of purchase. All items must be returned in their original condition. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please e-mail us at customerservice@afriel.com to obtain a RMA number. Warranty: 

Products no longer part of our current product line will have to be returned to the original manufacturer for warranty replacement. All manufacturer warranty terms and restrictions apply. Please supply as much of the original packaging as possible. .
For defective items, we will choose to repair or replace products found to be defective within the manufacturer's warranty period. we will pay for shipping on the return and for ground shipping back to you (continental U.S. customers only).

Shipping Costs :
Customer assumes all costs in shipping to US, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer. All replacement/repaired products are shipped UPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of such a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.

Warranty Procedure:

30-Day Warranty
All products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied, industry-standard 90-Day warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. Warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer.

One-Year Warranty
All parts (except refurbished items) come with a warranty against manufacturer defect or failure for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers replacement or repair of the product, which is determined by availability, or vendor, and the time of purchase. Replacement is often used within 30 days after purchase with the same product or like product when direct replacement is unavailable. Repair is often necessary for items purchased more than 30 days prior.

Manufacturer Warranty
Manufacturers sometimes offer additional warranty for their products: Customers should contact the manufacturer after warranty expires.

To return an item, please follow the steps below:
1. Please email us at customerservice@afriel.com to receive an RMA # (Return Authorization Number). Include your full name, address, phone number and order number for the item you want to return. Note: All returns must have an RMA to get processed.
2. Carefully repackage and double-box the merchandise and clearly mark the RMA on the outside     package.
3. Include a copy of your invoice in your shipment.
4. Ship returns with a tracking number (recommended for your protection).

Returns not meeting the above conditions will be charged a restocking fee that can vary from 15% up to the full purchase price or returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Order Cancellation Policy

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
